This policy sets out your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds and exchanges.
14-day window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty and under warranty.
Return to any of our stores
Even if you bought online, you can return your item at either of our physical stores in Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas. Bring the item with its original packaging and your proof of purchase and we'll help you with the return or exchange.
Requirements
- The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition.
- It must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be included.

- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items damaged by misuse or not in their original condition
Return shipping
Returns are free within the 14-day window. However, a restocking fee of €5.99 will apply. For high-value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, you can request a voucher or store credit. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
