How it works
- Place your order online and choose the "Collect from store" option at checkout.
- We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready to collect.
- Drop by your chosen store with your order confirmation and a form of ID.
Orders are usually ready the same day if the product is in stock. If your item comes from another supplier, we'll let you know as soon as it's available.

No shipping costs
Collecting in store is completely free. If you'd rather have your order delivered, we ship to all the Canary Islands at a flat rate of €6.99.
